CONTRIBUTIONS AT WORK: Smart Interactive Boards


  • The Alumni Association will be partnering with the School to purchase Smart Interactive digital boards for the Elementary classrooms.

PROJECT HISTORY

2009 - 2026

  • Funding the annual Alumni Homecoming Weekends. (2009-2026)

2025

  • 3 Smart Board for elementary classes (2025)

2023

  • Administrative Hallway painted
  • Cafeteria refurbishing: paint, ceiling fans, re-glazed windows, and a beautiful mural painting.  $21,000 (2023)

2020

  • First LED Digital Marquee (est. cost $32,000). Alumni contributed $10,000 with the Taylor Family's donating the balance. (2020)

2017 - 2019

  • STEM Project classes for 5th - 8th Grades.  (2017-2019)

2017

  • Wireless Headphones to support the Theatre Program. (2017)

2010

  • Alumni Hall Renovation $70,000 donated by Alumni Dr. Sanchez and Friends (2010)

2009

  • Dell computers for each classroom (donated from third party grant to LAAA Alumni).  (2009)
  • Adopt a classroom project - providing paper and other supplies for the  elementary grades. (2009-2011)

2008

  • Stimulus Package Fundraising - generating over $32,000 to raise funds to  organize and host the first LAAA Alumni Association Homecoming with over 1,100 in attendance.  (2008)
